I practice evidence-based medicine — meaning I don’t make non-existent diagnoses, order unnecessary tests, or prescribe ineffective treatments and methods.

My main focus is the diagnosis and treatment of headaches: migraine, tension-type headache, facial pain, and other types of cephalgia. I also help with back and neck pain, dizziness, memory problems, sensory disturbances, and other neurological conditions. In addition, I work with related conditions such as anxiety, depression, and insomnia — as these are closely connected to the nervous system, and effective therapy requires a comprehensive approach.

I believe it’s essential to build a trusting relationship and explain every recommendation in clear and simple terms. It’s important to me that you understand what we’re doing and why, and that you feel supported throughout the treatment process.

Consultations last about one hour — enough time to thoroughly discuss your symptoms, perform an examination, explore possible causes, and create a treatment plan that is clear, practical, and evidence-based.
