Biography
Being a doctor means continuously learning. I adhere to these principles and highly value that my colleagues at the A clinic share them as well.
My professional interests are extensive and include cardiovascular diseases, blood disorders, joint and connective tissue diseases, gastrointestinal disorders. I help identify the causes of nonspecific symptoms such as increased fatigue, weakness, headaches, prolonged cough, and persistent fever. I pay special attention to promoting health and fostering a healthy lifestyle.
Medicine is rapidly evolving, with new publications and updated guidelines emerging daily, replacing old perspectives on treatment and diagnosis with new ones. I regularly keep up with the latest information in The Lancet, The BMJ, and recommendations from international professional societies.
Some symptoms are not associated with a specific "breakdown" in the body and do not lead to a serious diagnosis but still cause a lot of discomfort and reduce the quality of life. Recognizing the connection with psychological factors, I have completed a course in Positive Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and obtained certification from the World Association of Positive Psychotherapy (WAPP). This training has helped me provide even more competent assistance to people with psychosomatic problems.
I adhere to the principles of evidence-based medicine. I do not order unnecessary tests or prescribe medications if they can be avoided. Every action I take in the treatment process is justified and clearly explained to the patient.
Building trusting relationships is important to me. I share knowledge in a simple and accessible manner, which helps achieve mutual understanding and leads to the desired outcome.
