Biography
I am a member of the Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy Association and the Association of Contextual Behavioral Science Specialists. I use modern and proven methods in my work: cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
My goal is to help clients face challenges on the way to a full and happy life. We work together as a team to find your inner calm and well-being. My main principles are safety, acceptance, support, and structure. These help make your path clearer and more effective.
