Biography
Being a doctor was not my childhood dream. During my final years of school, I experienced a severe depressive episode. That experience permanently changed my understanding of mental health and helped me realize how important timely support can be.
It was then that I understood I wanted to help people going through similar challenges. Completely changing my professional plans, I entered medical school and, from the very first years, immersed myself in psychiatry and related disciplines. With each passing year, my confidence in this decision only grew stronger. Today, I can say that this profession chose me just as much as I chose it.
Modern medicine, to me, is a combination of scientific evidence, safety, and individualized care. I believe that effective treatment is impossible without considering a person's unique life experience, values, and circumstances.
In my practice, I follow a collaborative approach: together, we search for the most effective strategies to improve mental health and quality of life. The core principles of my work are unconditional acceptance, respect, creating a safe space for open dialogue, and relying on the best available scientific evidence.
