Biography
I am a psychiatrist working with children and adults, with extensive experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings. In my practice, I rely on the biopsychosocial model and evidence-based medicine, carefully considering biological, emotional, and social factors that influence a person’s well-being.
My professional interests include anxiety and depressive disorders, stress-related conditions, psychosomatic manifestations, affective disorders, personality-related difficulties, and conditions that may affect perception, thinking, or behavior. I support patients in understanding their symptoms, restoring balance, and improving their quality of life.
Clinical interests include:
• Anxiety and anxiety-phobic disorders
• Depressive spectrum disorders
• Stress and adjustment-related difficulties
• Somatoform and psychosomatic conditions
• Obsessive-compulsive and neurotic symptoms
• Personality and borderline-related features
• Bipolar and other affective disorders
• Conditions related to changes in perception, thinking, or behavior
• Organic mental disorders
I believe that effective psychiatric care is built on empathy, respect, openness, and sincere attention to each patient. My priority is to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where a person can speak freely and feel truly heard.
I can support you if you are experiencing:
• Anxiety, inner tension, fears or repetitive thoughts
• Mood changes, loss of energy or emotional instability
• Sleep or appetite disturbances, fatigue, difficulties with focus
• Psychosomatic discomfort or unusual bodily sensations
• Irritability, stress reactions, difficulty adapting to life events
• Changes in perception or experiences that feel unfamiliar
In my work, I use modern pharmacological treatment and thorough diagnostic evaluation, always explaining each step of the plan. I aim to make care transparent, understandable, and tailored to the individual. My approach is guided by professionalism, kindness, and a deep respect for the person behind the symptoms. Supporting mental well-being and improving quality of life is at the heart of my work as a psychiatrist.
